The Hotel is very beautiful, spacious and neat with very friendly Staff. The location of the Hotel is fantastic as the Bus stop is directly opposite it. The Breakfast (Buffet) is outstanding with varieties.

Breakfast was normal and the location is perfect.

The room was spacious and staff friendly.I enjoyed the food in the restaurant as well.I will be back

Location is excellent, no need for taxis, the hotel is in the heart of the shopping area. The manager and all the staff were very helpful. Thanks we will definitely come again

The location was superb. Nearer to all shops and Gold Shouk. All the staffs were the best so far compared to the hotels I've been. The cleaners, the security and even the kitchen staffs especially Haniff the Manager. He is very caring, loving, jovial, ever smiling, welcoming, and generous. He will do anything in his power to make you comfortable. He is an asset to the hotel. I don't know if the Management gives award of excellence to its staffs, if it does, Haniff deserves more than 1 award. One can never be sad with Haniff around. He makes you feel you are in your home with your family and welcoming.The other reception staffs are also very nice and lovely and I have no complaint raised against anyone. The security staffs were very helpful. They help with your luggage and keep all goods delivered to the hotel on your behalf safe and intact when you are still outside shopping.I really enjoyed my stay in Waves and I will definitely book this hotel again in my next trip.
